Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs the use of the websites associated with the POWERFUL JIZO / POWERFUL NFT / WUTAIBO project (“the Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Sites

The Sites are operated for the purpose of introducing digital artworks, spiritual concepts, and NFT projects related to POWERFUL JIZO / WUTAIBO.

The Sites are not the seller of NFTs.
All NFT sales, payments, contracts, and transactions are conducted exclusively on external marketplaces such as OpenSea, and are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

2. Services Provided

The Sites provide the following:

  • Introduction of digital artworks and NFT collections
  • Stories, concepts, and worldbuilding related to silent prayer and spiritual expression
  • Information regarding NFT holder utilities and benefits
  • General updates related to the project

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in the following:

  • Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of artworks or content
  • Infringement of copyrights or trademarks
  • Commercial use of NFT images without permission
  • Misrepresentation of the project or NFTs
  • Any activity that violates laws or public order

4. NFT-Related Disclaimers

All NFT transactions occur on external platforms and are outside the control of the Sites.

The Sites function solely as an introducer / creator showcase, not as a seller.

NFTs are volatile digital assets, and the Sites make no guarantees regarding future value, availability, or functionality.

Any expressions related to “prayer,” “spiritual benefits,” “silent meditation,” “talisman,” or similar concepts are artistic and cultural expressions and do not imply real-world effects, metaphysical results, or guaranteed outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks, designs, text, and creative content on the Sites are the intellectual property of the creator.
NFT ownership does not transfer copyrights.

NFT holders may use artworks only within the scope defined in the “NFT Usage Rights Table,” which may be updated separately.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Sites are not responsible for issues arising from external marketplaces, including transaction failures, wallet errors, account restrictions, or platform outages.

The Sites do not guarantee any spiritual, emotional, or practical effect derived from the artworks or related content.

The operator assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the Sites or reliance on their content.

7. Modification of Terms

The operator may revise these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms become effective upon publication on the Sites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
